today i did my braces.
yes... after extracting 4 teeth
and creating 4 holes for food to enter (haha!)
finally today i managed to put braces on my teeth
took quite long.. 2h ard there
the dentist first took off the separators
then cemented the metal rings to my tooth
then polished my teeth
and started the process for putting the metal brackets to my teeth
oh. it's a long process
haha
glue, put, press, shine uv light
for all my teeth that needed brackets
heh


after that tedious process,
then i got to choose colour for my rubber bands :D
ok. i think u all can see that i choose orange
haha!
cos i LOVE LOVE LOVE orange
but actually it looks quite weird rights?
LOL
but i dont quite care
the dentist then told me what i shld do when caring for my braces
got special braces toothbrush leh
haha
then everyday have to brush the brace brackets 15-20 times in a circular manner
think i can forsee myself investing in a chair in my bathroom alr
haha!!
gonna take some time to do the brushing :x
then have wax to put if there's ulcer
and cannot bite hard stuff now
have to cut into small portions then bite
sigh
change in diet
i think i can use this time to go on diet and get back my slim body shape.
HAHAHAHA

anyway.. its 2h after the putting on of brackets
the teeth is starting to ache now
but its just a dull ache
so nvm
haha
i shall resist the temptation to pop the pain killers
and this time the painkillers are paracet
doesnt really work on me
so its ok
LOL
i shall post more updates abt my braces soon
i think i feel an ulcer forming alr :x
